You will be asked to complete a W-9 with a valid tax identification number and to supply a copy of your state sales tax permit or resale license as evidence of your status as a wholesaler.

We print your artwork on the products you order.

You will be required to sign an intellectual property (copyright) agreement stating you own or have the rights to use the artwork you plan to submit.
